Going through our first lock (25 total), side roads/trails on each side of river for biking, walking, dogs, etc. Initially, these roads were used to haul boats up river – first by man and later by horses.
Good local wine and a very happy first night on the river Main headed to the Danube. Our captain says hello and gets us through another lock. Hope you are having fun with us. Love ya. C n G.
